  • Indefinite
  • Full time
  • Hybrid (058267, Singapore, Clarke Quay, Singapore)

About the role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Strategic Programs Lead. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of program management and commercial growth.

You’ll be responsible for launching and managing key strategic programs across our markets, while also directly managing a portfolio of high-impact restaurant partners.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can operate across strategy, execution, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management
  • Lead the design, rollout, and operational execution of new strategic programs (e.g., new product activations, revenue improvement initiatives and cost optimization levers).
  • Define KPIs, tracking mechanisms, and reporting cadence to evaluate the success of various initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, ops, BD, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and delivery. Identify bottlenecks or risks and drive resolution quickly.

Account Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for select strategic restaurant partners and drive partner engagement by ensuring alignment between their business goals and our product offerings.
  • Use your account portfolio as the launchpad for new initiatives - ensuring programs are successfully rolled out, adopted, and delivering results.
  • Identify and act on upsell/cross-sell opportunities that enhance our revenue profile while creating value for partners.
  • Analyse partner performance data to uncover insights and growth opportunities and coordinate with internal stakeholders to solve partner issues and surface feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–8 years of experience in a mix of program/project management, business development, or account management roles - ideally in tech or FMCG
  • Strong organizational and execution skills; ability to manage multiple moving pieces across workstreams.
  • Commercial acumen with a partner-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and evaluate outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
