What You Will Do
- Work closely with technical team to develop scalable solutions
- Installs, configure, and maintain monitoring systems
- Analyzes monitoring data to gain insights and identify issues
- Innovates to improve the performance of monitoring systems
- Provide L2 support to customers
What Are We Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the software industry
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.
- Experience with tools like Postman, Jaeger, and working with APIs
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in developing Slack integrations and JIRA is a plus
