The role?

As a Senior Product Manager for our customer vertical, you will manage and organize the execution of the development and enhancement of critical customer facing products including checkout experience and conversion rate optimization. You will collaborate closely with our development team and our third party providers to ensure our products not only meet but exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements. You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and managing the roadmap for payment products, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards;

  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, data insights, market trends, and business objectives

  • Define and maintain a clear product roadmap with buy-in from key stakeholders

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless, intuitive user experiences

  • Executing on the product roadmap by running the product development lifecycle through SCRUM method that runs on a weekly/bi-weekly basis;

  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

  • Advocate for the customer by ensuring their voice is integrated into every stage of product development

  • Partner with marketing and customer support teams to drive adoption, engagement, and satisfaction

  • Validating new ideas for existing or new product features;

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and differentiation

  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive product development from conception through launch, iterating based on feedback and data insights;

  • Implementing best practices in payment & checkout experience, leveraging the latest technology to safeguard our transactions and payment operations;

  • Developing and refining metrics to measure the effectiveness of payment products and payment acceptance performance, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction;

  • Collaborating with the BI team to leverage data and product analytics for continuous improvement;

What are we looking for?

  • Proven track record of shipping successful digital products (web and/or mobile).

  • Strong understanding of UX principles and customer journey mapping.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in English is a must;

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the passion to make an impact in a fast-growing start-up;

  • Deep understanding of android and iOS, app releases;

  • Experience conducting A/B tests and user research

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in food-tech or e-commerce

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, confluence, Figma, google analytics

  • Technical background or strong understanding of software development
