About the Role


The Operations & Growth Manager role is crucial to qlub’s success. You are joining a rocketship as one of the early employees, and at a perfect time: Product-market fit? Check; All major product issues solved? Check; Hypergrowth mod? Activated!

As our Operations & Growth Manager (Sydney), you'll own the customer experience after the ink dries on that contract:

Client Success Guru: Onboard restaurants on our platform (in person and virtually), train their teams (enjoy those free meals!), and make sure qlub delivers value for them so they’ll love it.

Data Wizard: Analyse the numbers, pinpoint insights, and make our operations super-efficient.

Product Champion: Work directly with our product team to make qlub even better for venues and drive our global product roadmap

Growth Hacker: Drive expansion strategies that get results.

You’re a Right Fit If You


• Hustle. You have entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mindset, and willingness to roll up your sleeves. You will be on the floor after onboardings during those peak dinner services to make sure everything runs flawlessly.

• Have 2-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably with a background in hospitality.

• Have STEM  or Commerce degree.

• Can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets.

• Can demonstrate Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Have A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle (required for on-site client visits)

• Bonus: have experience in management consulting is a significant plus.
