Senior Executive, PMO (Entrepreneur in Residence)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Executive, PMO to join qlub’s fast-growing fintech team.

This role is a prime opportunity to drive our company’s growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover new market opportunities, refine business processes, and champion best practices—both internal and external—to elevate our performance and accelerate expansion.

A central part of your work will involve crafting strategic playbooks and shaping long-term business plans, enabling the organization to scale efficiently and sustainably. In this consulting-like capacity, you’ll broaden your expertise in operations and business strategy, all while making a tangible impact on our trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• OKR & Target Leadership: Lead the design, implementation, and tracking of OKRs and business targets across teams.
• Strategic Insights & Development: Analyze business performance (profitability, sales, operational efficiency) and conduct in-depth performance deepdives to develop actionable business strategies.
• Local Commercial Partnerships: Build and manage partnerships with local businesses (events, malls, hotels) to drive adoption and growth.
• Regional Partnership Coordination: Coordinate with local and regional partners in payments, POS, and related fintech domains to enhance product offerings and drive operational efficiency.
• Product Launches: Drive the end-to-end launch of new products and business initiatives.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate business processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including investors and partners, to align on strategy and support business growth.

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience in cross-functional project management, operations, or strategy roles within high-growth startups or consulting environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with OKR frameworks and business process optimization.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
