Qlub is bringing the dine-in experience to a new level with an ultra-fast payment solution. Everybody has experienced these annoying 20 minutes wasted waiting for the bill. With Qlub, it takes no more than 10 seconds to pay by simply scanning a QR code, paying with one click, and walking away. All this is possible even without the need to download an app. And if dining with friends, it has never been easier to split your bill.

Restaurants should do what they do best: provide the most delicious food for their guests. We want to help them by removing the hassle of payment and increasing the turn-around for their tables significantly.

 

Our Team

We are a high-performance team who uses a hyper-focused approach, encompassing the usage of extensive data analysis and market research, to ensure the most robust results on commercial prerogatives. Qlub’s expansion team has a dynamic mission to drive complete demand for payments facilitated through NFC Tap/QR code scanning and increase adoption within restaurants for ultra-fast payment solutions.

 

As our Senior Customer Success Associate, you'll own the customer experience from the onboarding:

  • Onboarding Expert: Onboard restaurants on our platform (in-person and virtually), train their teams (, and make sure qlub delivers value for them so they’ll love it.
  • Account Management: Manage the account relationship and grow the accounts internally
  • Data Wizard: Analyse the numbers, pinpoint insights, and make our operations super-efficient.
  • Product Champion: Work directly with our product team to make qlub even better for venues and influence our global product roadmap.

 

What We Are Looking For?

  • Have a valid driver’s license and your vehicle (required for on-site visits).
  • Have up to 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Hustle. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mindset, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • You will be on the ground after onboarding during those peak lunch/dinner services to make sure everything runs flawlessly.
  • Held management positions in hospitality.
  • Can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Can demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
