What You Will Do
- Supporting the sales department in Hubspot and administrative matters
- Building and updating target lists for sales, identifying the priority restaurants in each area
- Effectively assign leads to the sales team based on predetermined criteria. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to bring in new leads from the market.
- Conduct quality control calls to assess the performance of Leads.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Hubspot platform, and utilize Hubspot to track and analyze sales data, providing insights for process improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, managing user access, and creating custom reports as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the sales and other cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to implement new tools or technologies that can improve overall sales operations.
What Are We Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Strong English writing and speaking skills (Cantonese is a must, English is preferred)
- Willingness and aptitude for fieldwork
- Willingness to visit various restaurants
- Excellent communication skills to gather and address customer and server requests
- Strong coordination abilities with the product department
