The role?
As a Product Manager you’ll own the strategy and execution of core products that power the Qlub experience.
You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, operations teams, and external partners to solve high-impact problems in our markets.
- Defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on user impact and business value
- Conducting user research and analyzing data to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features from concept to launch
- Communicating product plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Measuring product performance and iterating based on feedback and KPIs
- Localizing features based on market-specific needs
What are we looking for?
- A relevant business or technical degree
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required
- 1–2 years of experience in product management or similar roles
- Strong understanding of [e.g., SaaS platforms, restaurant technology, mobile-first products, or fintech/payments]
- Experience working with [e.g., cross-functional tech teams, agile processes, payment flows, or B2B tools]
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you're excited to build and scale something impactful
- Self-starter with a bias for action; you don’t wait for permission, you make things happen.
