The role?

As a Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of our customer-facing loyalty experiences — including reward redemptions, personalized offers, and subscriptions. You’ll

collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features, analyze user data, and drive product

outcomes that maximize user retention, frequency, and CLTV. You’ll be responsible for the following:


Product Ownership

  • Define and own the roadmap for loyalty features across mobile app and web
  • Translate customer needs and business goals into clear, prioritized product
  • requirements (PRDs, user stories, flows).
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of loyalty features: rewards, gamification, points tracking,
  • challenges, Marketing etc.


Customer Experience

  • Champion UX across all touchpoints: earn, track, redeem, and manage rewards and subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with design and research to create intuitive, high-converting interfaces.
  • Cross-functional Execution
  • Work closely with engineering to scope, estimate, and deliver features iteratively.
  • Partner with marketing, CRM, and growth teams to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate with restaurant partners and integrations team for loyalty mechanics tied to
  • POS or third-party systems


Data & Optimization

  • Define success metrics (retention, redemption rate, activation, frequency)
  • Analyze performance and user behavior to guide optimizations
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement and ROI


What are we looking for?

  • Relevant IT degree;
  • Fluency in English is a must;
  • 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in food tech, consumer apps, or loyalty programs;
  • Proven success in shipping mobile and/or web products in fast-paced environments;
  • Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics (points, Subscriptions, rewards, gamification, etc.);
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across tech, design, and business;
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like firebase, GA4, SQL, or looker studio;
  • Experience working with POS systems, payment flows, or restaurant tech;
  • Familiarity with subscription models, retention funnels, or behavioral segmentation;
  • Understanding of global loyalty trends (cashback, membership tiers, experiential rewards);
  • Prior startup or scale-up experience;
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something big and have a measurable impact for your efforts;
  • You are self-motivated and have a result-oriented mindset, you hustle to get things done and proactively find ways to reach and over achieve your targets.
