About the role:

As our Operations & Growth Associate (Sydney), you'll own the customer experience after the ink dries on that contract:

-Client Success Guru: Onboard restaurants on our platform (in-person and virtually), train their teams (enjoy those free meals), and make sure qlub delivers value for them so they’ll love it.

-Data Wizard: Analyse the numbers, pinpoint insights, and make our operations super-efficient.

-Product Champion: Work directly with our product team to make qlub even better for venues and influence our global product roadmap.

You’re the right fit if you:

-Have been in hospitality and want to transition into a professional setting that doesn't feel like a 9-5 corporate role (preferred)

-Want to scale a startup which means having that entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mindset, and willingness to roll up your sleeves. You will be on the floor after onboardings during those peak lunch/dinner services to make sure everything runs flawlessly (preferred)

-Have experience in client-facing roles where you demonstrated exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities

-Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle (required for on-site visits)
