About the role:

As our Onboarding Specialist (Melbourne), you'll own the customer experience after the ink dries on that contract:

  • Onboarding Guru: Onboard restaurants on our platform (in-person and virtually), train their teams (enjoy those free meals), and make sure qlub delivers value for them so they’ll love it.
  • Troubleshooting Master: Work closely with venues to resolve post-onboarding issues, revisit sites if needed, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers. 
  • Product Champion: Work directly with our product team to make qlub even better for venues and influence our global product roadmap through insights and feedback.

You’re a right fit if you:

  • Hustle. You have entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mindset, and willingness to roll up your sleeves. You will be on the floor after onboardings during those peak lunch/dinner services to make sure everything runs flawlessly (required)
  • Held management positions in hospitality (preferred)
  • Have up to 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles (preferred)
  • Have a STEM  or Commerce degree (preferred)
  • Can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an excellent command of both Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (preferred)
  • Can demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities (preferred)
  • Have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle for in-person venue visits (required)
