Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the operational on-boarding process for new F&B establishments to our platform.
Be a knowledge specialist on qlub & F&B operations and solve operational bottlenecks
Organize and lead training sessions for new accounts to ensure merchants are able to fully utilize Qlub's services.
Build and manage relationships with our merchants and optimize usage efficiency
Support Qlub’s product development and POS integrations to improve features and solve bugs and pain points.
Support management with important strategic insights and recommendations based on on-ground feedback, reports & industry trends.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills - able to understand, solve and simplify complex processes
Strong communicator - ability to lead discussions with F&B decision makers and stakeholders.
