The role?
As an Onboarding & Enablement Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring new restaurant partners have a smooth onboarding journey and that existing partners maximize their adoption of qlub solutions. From training restaurant staff to troubleshooting issues and driving re-engagement, you’ll be at the frontlines of ensuring our partners and their customers have the best possible experience.
As an Onboarding & Enablement Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
Onboarding & Setup
- Support the full onboarding journey of new partner restaurants, including account setup and system configurations (whenever needed)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Content, Procurement, and Account Managers) to ensure a seamless go-live.
Training & Enablement
- Conduct in-person and remote training sessions with restaurant staff to ensure smooth adoption of qlub’s solutions.
- Organize and deliver retraining sessions when required to address gaps or reinforce best practices.
Performance Monitoring & Adoption
- Monitor partner performance metrics (e.g., QR adoption rates, transaction trends) to proactively identify issues or drops in usage.
- Troubleshoot technical or operational challenges in collaboration with the Account Managers, Customer Support and Tech teams.
- Implement corrective measures and provide continuous enablement to drive sustainable adoption.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with Account Managers to share insights on partner performance and ensure timely communication with key decision makers.
- Gather feedback from partners and frontline staff to improve processes, training materials, and overall partner experience.
What are we looking for?
- Relevant business degree;
- Fluency in English is a must, Arabic speakers also a plus;
- 0–2 years of experience in customer onboarding, account management, or training (hospitality, F&B, or SaaS/tech experience preferred);
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to train and engage diverse audiences;
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and coordinate solutions quickly;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding and support activities simultaneously;
- Proactive, customer-centric, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
- Proficiency with digital tools (CRM systems, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, etc.);
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something big and have a measurable impact for your efforts;
- You are self-motivated and have a result-oriented mindset, you hustle to get things done and proactively find ways to reach and over achieve your targets;
